This policy describes how the Prospect sales platform handles personal and business information.
Prospect is the sales platform used by independent contractors who sell Vector Upgrade website services. Contact: support via your admin or the email used for account notices.
Account data: name, email, phone, profile/card details you enter. Sales activity: leads, audits, deals, commissions, payout preferences. Tax/payout data you provide for Stripe Connect or PayPal (processed by those providers where applicable). Technical logs needed to operate and secure the app (IP, device/browser basics, usage). Prospect/business contact data you import or generate while selling (business names, websites, emails, phones).
To operate the sales platform, training, territory tools, and commission tracking. To process payouts and related notifications, including pausing retainer commission share for inactivity when applicable. To sync deal/payment status with the Vector Upgrade client portal when a sale is fulfilled. To prevent fraud, enforce policies (including acceptable use of lead data), and improve reliability.
Infrastructure providers (e.g. Supabase, hosting, email, Stripe/PayPal). Vector Upgrade / agency operators and admins who manage accounts, deals, and payouts. Legal disclosures when required by law or to protect rights and security. We do not sell personal information.
You must only collect and use business contact data for legitimate sales outreach consistent with applicable laws (including CAN-SPAM/TCPA where relevant) and platform policies. Do not upload sensitive personal data that is not needed for selling website services.
We retain account, deal, and payout records as needed for operations, accounting, and disputes. We use reasonable access controls and encrypted transport. No system is perfectly secure.
Request access, correction, or deletion of your account data from an admin, subject to legal/accounting retention needs.
We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do.
